I purchased the Multi-Account Management service. Delivery of the access details was quick. The cloud trading connection was stable and effective for my MT4 accounts, and the lot size multiplier worked well. However, when I first tried to set up the Symbol Mapping, it took me a little longer than expected to figure out, as the interface wasn't immediately intuitive for that specific feature. Once I got it going, though, it's been very reliable. Customer service helped clarify one small thing about the latency optimization, which was helpful. Overall, a solid product that performs as advertised, but could use a minor UI improvement in one area.

Pretty decent copier
